Returns

English Art Works accepts returns on pieces that meet the conditions set out below.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must remain in their original condition and be presented with their original packaging.

Personalised or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return unless found to be faulty.

Making a Return

To initiate a return, please make an enquiry quoting your order number and the reason for return. Instructions will then be provided.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed upon receipt of the returned piece and, once approved, are processed within 2 working days.

Funds are returned to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the piece is deemed faulty.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client unless the piece is found to be faulty.
